From WooCommerce to Shopify without losing search traffic

A plant shop moved to Shopify, and its customers barely noticed the switch.

Challenge

The old store was slow, plugins broke after every update and the team was afraid to change anything before the spring season.

What we did

  • Moved 1,200 products, customer accounts and order history.
  • Mapped every old address to its new one, so search rankings carried over.
  • Rebuilt the plant care guides as sections the team now edits on its own.

Result

Launched in six weeks, before the spring season. Organic traffic held steady through the switch.

Stock that stays in step with the warehouse

A private Shopify app that syncs stock with the warehouse, so nothing sells twice.

Challenge

Stock was copied from a warehouse spreadsheet twice a day, so popular items kept selling after they had run out.

What we did

  • Built a private app that syncs stock with the warehouse system every five minutes.
  • Added an alert to the team's chat when a sync fails, so a problem never goes unnoticed.
  • Kept the admin side to one screen, because the team wanted to pause products, not learn a new tool.

Result

Overselling stopped, and nobody updates stock by hand anymore.

Product pages people trust enough to buy from

A redesign that answers buyers' questions on the product page instead of by email.

Challenge

Visitors loved the photos but left on the product page. Questions about size, glaze and care arrived by email every day.

What we did

  • Watched recorded sessions and read a year of customer emails before designing anything.
  • Added true-to-size photos, care notes and delivery dates right next to the price.
  • Shortened the mobile cart to one screen.

Result

More visitors now reach checkout, and size questions by email have mostly stopped.

A first online store, with subscriptions from day one

A small roastery stopped taking orders through direct messages and opened a store of its own.

Challenge

Orders came through Instagram messages and bank transfers, and regular customers had to remember to order again.

What we did

  • Set up the store, payments and delivery to pickup points across Czechia and Slovakia.
  • Added coffee subscriptions that customers can pause or skip themselves.
  • Trained the owners to run the store on their own in two short sessions.

Result

Regular customers moved to subscriptions, and orders no longer arrive in the inbox.
